Ottawa University Library and Student Center
Loyd Builders was recently selected as the Design-Builder for Ottawa University's new Library & Student Center. The 45,000 sf facility will include a new cafeteria, library, student lounge and conference center. Design work is underway and construction is expected to begin in the summer of 2013.

Spearville Highschool Expansion and Renovation
The new expanded high school will include a 1200 seat gym with new locker rooms and weight room facilities. A new multipurpose room and kitchen will be added as well as additional classroom space.

| Canton-Galva Middle & High School Expansions
This project includes expansions to the Middle School and High School. The new space will include classrooms, office space, library, and a new 1600 seat gym with locker room and weight room facilities.

Marion County Jail & Sheriff's Office
The new jail will incorporate a 16-bed detention facility with all sheriff's office operations; including dispatch, patrol offices, evidence storage, and other support spaces.

Ransom Memorial Hospital - Surgery/Birthing Addition and Patient Room Renovation
The new 16,000 square foot Surgery and Birthing addition includes a new operating suite, as well as labor/delivery/recovery/post-partum rooms. An additional 20,000 square feet of the existing hospital was renovated for surgery support areas, private patient rooms, and an intensive care unit.

Neosho County Community College - Ottawa Satellite Campus
NCCC's new 52,000 square foot Ottawa Satellite Campus houses several activities. The nursing wing includes a simulated hospital, occupational therapy lab and biology labs. The new learning center includes computer labs as well as group and private study areas in a comfortable, cool environment. The facility also houses general education classrooms, faculty offices, campus bookstore, and auditorum.

Little Hands Child Development Center - Hiawatha, KS
The new 9,000 sf facility will includes progaming for one-year-olds through Pre-K and features a parking lot, outdoor play area and a FEMA shelter.

Franklin County Juvenile Detention Center
The recently completed detention center includes 14 cells, dayroom, open secure courtyard, booking and support spaces.
